What to Expect

WorshipCrossroads Vineyard Church currently meets in the aerobic room of The Heights Racquetball and Fitness Club (guaranteeing you are in the gym at least once a week!). We know the hardest part about attending a new church service is wondering what to expect. We are group of people from all walks of life and backgrounds that want to take our next step closer to God. That's why our motto is "Come as you are...you'll be loved!" So you should expect a friendly welcome! And don't worry if you don't have everything together...no one really does.

We keep things pretty simple around here. We have plenty of great coffee, an opportunity to meet new friends, and a chance to take your next step closer to God. The service is casual and relaxed because church should not leave us feeling beat up. We should feel strengthened with God's grace and love as we seek to live obedient, Christlike lives. Our music is upbeat, and you will have the opportunity to hear a solid, biblical message.

Our only rule about clothes is that you have some. Dress comfortably. Church is about connecting with God, and connecting with other people...not about what clothes you wear.

For parents children's check in is on the upper level next to the fitness center check-in. Children enjoy a time of worship and Bible story that will challenge them take their next step closer to God.

We do offering differently at Crossroads Vineyard. We do not pass a plate. There is a box in the back of the room for tithes and offerings if you would like to give, but 2 Corinthians 9:7 is our guideline. It says, “Each man should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.” This means that people should not give out of guilt or expectation. They should give because they are excited about the mission and vision of God's church, and they are returning a portion of their income to God as way of acknowledging His provision.

Following each service, trained prayer team members are available at the front for any prayer needs you may have and Communion is also available.

Also, don't forget to pick up a welcome bag with some goodies in it as our way of saying thank you for visiting!

We meet at 10am at The Heights Racquetball and Fitness Club 5239 Taylorsville Road in Huber Heights.
